FILM FLORIDA TO HONOR INDUSTRY PIONEERS AT 3rd ANNUAL FILM FLORIDA LEGENDS AWARDS

5/23/2008

This year's recipients of the awards are (1) Ralph Clemente; (2) The Fuller Brothers - Brad Fuller and Mike Fuller; and Last Stage Out of Town (Digger Wilson, Eddie Harvey and Danny Harvey). Nominees for the Film Florida Legends Awards have made a significant impact on film in Florida - whether behind the scenes or in front of the camera. The achievements of this year's honorees include:

Ralph Clemente, program chair, Valencia Community College. Ralph's career spans four decades as actor, producer and educator.

Brad Fuller, president, Florida Film and Tape; and Mike Fuller, president, The Mike Fuller Group. Brothers Brad Fuller and Mike Fuller co-founded Florida Film and Tape in 1980. Since then, it has become one of the most preeminent production companies in the region with an international clientele.

Digger Wilson, Eddie Harvey and Danny Harvey of Last Stage Out of Town. In 1984, Danny Harvey set about reaching a very important goal: to build Central Florida's first, truly independent production service company with a soundstage and a fleet of grip trucks and generators. In 1986, Last Stage Out Of Town became a reality.
