OPEN CASTING CALL - REPTILESTV SEEKS ENTHUSIASTIC HERPERS FOR TV SPOKESPERSON ANNOUNCEMENTS

The media campaign, co-sponsored by Central Florida Herpetological Society, Mazuri Exotic Animal Diets, Timberline Live Foods, Zilla, and Kemps Reptile Incubators stars popular TV personality Nigel Marven, and is focused on promoting both conservation and responsible pet ownership. The launch of the ongoing program will take place at the expo in Orlando and be spread worldwide via the Internet, print and national television spots.



The casting process will take place Saturday, July 19, at 1pm at the Florida International Reptile Expo (F.I.R.E.) at the Orange county Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. All interested persons should RSVP their interest by July 15, 2008 in an email to billh@reptilestv.com. The email correspondence should include a full name, age, email address, and telephone number (this information is kept private by ReptilesTV).



Participants in the selection process will be asked to perform a brief monologue from a script before a camera. The selected speakers will have their videotaped performances broadcast on ReptilesTV.com, and across the worldwide web as part of ReptilesTV’s Internet Syndication Program.

Participants will be required to sign a talent release, and any under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian signature on the release. Participants should know that there will be no compensation for their performances.

Please be informed that, as the process is taking place at the reptile expo, admission is required to enter the event. Admission prices for the expo are: $10 for guests aged 10 and older for one day and $15 for both days combined, and $5 for those aged 5-9, and $8 for both days combined; guests aged under 5 may enter free of charge.
